How to Keep Your Cookies at Their Best
Storage Instructions – Gourmet Cookies
Room Temperature: Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days.
Reheating: For that freshly baked taste, warm in the oven at 160°C (325°F) for 3–5 minutes, or microwave for 10–15 seconds.
Refrigeration: If not eating within a few days, keep cookies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Freezing: For longer storage, freeze cookies individually wrapped in cling film or parchment, then place in a sealed container or freezer bag. Keeps well for up to 2 months. Simply thaw at room temperature and reheat before enjoying

- Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
- Courier Fees: A standard courier fee will be added at checkout. The final amount will be shown before you confirm your order.
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across South Africa. (If unsure, please contact us to confirm delivery in your area.)
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your cookies every step of the way.
